Volunteer

We can use volunteers to work with the veteran families, group events, and fundraisers. Or if you prefer to be with just a person or two, we can use help with grooming and working horses, tidying up the barn area, and many other things. If you are interested in working with the mustangs but have no experience, we’re happy to offer training.

Donate for a Necessity

Bathroom facilities are needed for veterans as well as snacks and water. Horses appreciate receiving carrots or treats (horse bribe). $25 goes a long way with water, snacks and treats. It almost covers 1/4 of the monthly charge for the portable potty.

Be a Sponsor for Women Veterans Morning with the Mustangs

For the last 2 years, we have been hosting an annual women veterans event. https://mustangsandpatriots.org/women-veterans-1

In addition to this event providing activities, it promotes conversation and camaraderie among the women veterans.
